Terms of Service
These terms were written by the people who build Wyrm, adapting the lawyer-drafted terms of the site operator. The entity, the governing law and the dispute clauses come from that document. The plain wording is ours and has not been reviewed by a lawyer in this form. It is written to be read, which is the point of it.
Wyrm is a web interface for providing liquidity to Uniswap v4 pools on Robinhood Chain. The assets those pools pair vary by market and can include tokenised real-world assets, DeFi tokens and memecoins. It is operated by the site operator. These terms cover the interface. They do not cover the protocol it talks to, the chain it runs on, or the tokens you deposit.
Who we are, and what you are agreeing to
This site, at wyrm.trade, is operated by the site operator. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that association together with the people who contribute to it and the service providers it uses. "You" means whoever is using the interface.
These terms cover everything you do here: reading the site, connecting a wallet, and building, signing or managing a position through it. Using any part of it is how you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the interface. If you are acting for a company or any other entity, you are telling us you have the authority to bind it, and "you" then means both you and it.
The privacy policy forms part of this agreement. Using the interface is also your consent to communicate electronically and to sign electronically, which is what the acceptance signature below is.
The interface is not the protocol
Wyrm is a website. It reads public chain state, assembles transactions and hands them to your wallet to sign. The pools are state inside Uniswap v4 PoolManager and their Wyrm hooks are separate contracts. They run whether or not this site exists. The website cannot reverse a transaction, although authorised hook roles can change bounded configuration or pause specified hook actions as described in the documentation.
If this site is slow, wrong or gone, your position is not. It can be read and managed from any interface that speaks to the same contracts, and from the contracts directly. Using those contracts is your own decision and at your own risk, and these terms do not govern them.
We never hold your funds
You do not deposit anything to us. When you provide liquidity, your tokens move from your wallet into the Wyrm hook contract, which supplies them to the Uniswap v4 pool manager; the position that results is recorded on-chain as a receipt held on that hook contract, not as a token in your wallet. We take no custody, we hold no keys, and we cannot move, freeze, recover or reverse anything on your behalf. There is no account here to be locked and no balance here to be withheld. Title to everything you hold stays with you at all times, and no trust, bailment or agency arises from your use of this interface.
To say the same thing as a list of things we are not: we do not run an exchange, an order book or a trading venue, we do not act as a broker or a dealer, we do not match buyers with sellers, we do not settle anything, we do not accept or transmit funds, and we cannot cancel or modify a transaction once it is broadcast.
Nothing here is advice
The presets, the default range, the figures on a pool page and the order in which markets are listed are not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and none of them is a recommendation to enter a position. We are not your broker, your adviser or your fiduciary. Decide for yourself, or ask someone who is paid to be answerable for the answer.
We are not registered with, licensed by or supervised by any financial services, securities, banking or virtual asset regulator. Every transaction you make through this interface is unsolicited: nobody here has reviewed whether it suits you, and no suitability review is performed at any point.
Your wallet is yours
You connect a wallet of your own choosing. We do not control it, we do not support it and we did not write it. Every transaction is signed by you: we cannot send one without you and we cannot stop one you have sent. Keep your keys. A lost key is a lost position, and there is no recovery path through us.
Who may use Wyrm
You must be at least 18. You must not be, and must not be acting for, a person or entity that is on a sanctions or restricted parties list of the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, that is located or organised in a comprehensively sanctioned country, or that is owned or controlled by anyone who is.
You are responsible for the law that applies where you live, where you are incorporated and where you are sitting when you use this interface. If any of them makes this unlawful for you, that is the end of it, whether or not anything here stops you.
Restricted jurisdictions
A restricted jurisdiction, for these terms and for the sentence you sign before your first deposit, means the United States, Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria, the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, and any other jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions or in which using this interface would be unlawful for you. US persons are restricted wherever they are. Do not use the deposit flow if you are a resident of one of those places or are accessing this site from one.
The interface enforces part of that by checking the country your connection appears to come from, and refusing the actions that open, add to, reduce or close a position, and the one that claims fees, when it is one of the countries on its list. Read that check for exactly what it is worth. It uses the country your host derives from your IP address, which is a guess, it is not applied to browsing at all, and when the signal is missing it lets the request through rather than blocking everyone with an unreadable connection. The list it enforces can also be changed at deployment. The definition in the paragraph above is what governs, not whatever the check happens to block on a given day, and getting past the check is not permission.
Separately from all of that, the issuer of the tokenised equities restricts its tokens from US persons and, in its own words, "including, without limitation, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland". Those are the issuer's restrictions and they bind you through the issuer, not through us. This interface does not currently block Canada, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, and that is a deliberate and documented gap rather than a view that the issuer does not mean it. If the issuer restricts your jurisdiction, do not hold or provide liquidity in these tokens.
We may add geofencing, sanctions screening or other controls at any time, and may block or disable access for any user, address, jurisdiction or transaction. We are not obliged to do any of it, none of it is a guarantee, and nothing in this clause creates a duty to monitor or a duty of care towards you.
VPNs, proxies and where you say you are
When you accept these terms you represent that you are not a resident of, and are not accessing this site from, a restricted jurisdiction, and that you are not using a VPN, a proxy, a relay or any other means to misrepresent your location. That representation is yours and it is continuing: it must be true each time you use the deposit flow, not only on the day you signed.
We are not claiming we can detect any of this. We mostly cannot, and a cheap VPN defeats a country check. That is precisely why it is written as your representation. If it is false, you are in breach of these terms, we may block the address, and any loss that follows is yours.
Signing the terms, and the record we keep
Browsing this site asks nothing of you. Using the deposit flow does: before your first deposit, your wallet is asked to sign a short message that says you have read and agree to these terms at their current version, and that the representation in the clause above is true. Your wallet shows you the full text before you sign it. Declining is a valid answer and simply means no deposit.
We keep that signature. The record is your wallet address, the version you accepted, when the message was issued and when we recorded it, the country your connection appeared to come from as a two-letter code, the exact text you signed and the signature itself. We do not store your IP address. The privacy policy says where that record lives, how long it is kept and what you can ask us to do with it.
Two consequences worth stating plainly. The record is the evidence that you agreed, and, absent an obvious error, we will treat it as conclusive. And a signature cannot be unsigned: you can ask us to delete or restrict the record we hold, but we may keep it where we need it to establish or defend a legal claim.
An acceptance message may also carry a referral code, shown on its own line near the top so you read it before you sign. A referral can instead be bound through a standalone message that repeats the correction-and-pause clause. Either signature binds your address to whoever owns that code. The binding is permanent and there is exactly one per address, ever: it cannot be replaced, transferred or undone, by you or by us. If the code shown is not the one you meant to use, decline and start again.
Points, referrals, and corrections
Points and referral rewards are discretionary. They are not a token, not a security, not a claim on us or on anyone else, and nothing here is a promise that they will ever convert into anything. The rules, the rates and the schedule can change, and the programme can end.
Two things follow, and they are the ones you accept when you sign. We may correct prior points distributions, including reducing or removing points already shown to you, where a calculation was wrong or an account obtained them through wash activity, self-referral, multiple wallets acting as one, or any other manipulation. And we may pause referral accrual, for an address or for everyone, at any time and without notice. A correction is not a claim against us and a pause is not a breach.
Referral rewards are additive: they are calculated on top of what a referred account earns and are never deducted from it. Referring yourself is not permitted, and an address you control referring another address you control is referring yourself.
Tokenised equities are not equities
Some Wyrm pools pair a tokenised equity. Those stock-side tokens are debt securities issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited and intended to track the price of a listed share. They are not shares. Holding one gives you no claim on the company whose name it carries, no shareholder right, no vote and no dividend. What you hold is a claim on the issuer, and what it is worth depends on the issuer continuing to honour it.
That makes the issuer's credit a risk you are taking, and a distinct one from the pool and the chain. Its terms, its redemption policy, its reserves, its solvency and its jurisdiction restrictions sit outside this interface and outside our control, and they are worth reading before you deposit. Nothing about a token's name or its ticker changes any of that.
We make no representation about whether any of these tokens, or a liquidity position in them, is a security, a regulated instrument or anything else in your jurisdiction, or about the legal, regulatory or tax treatment of holding one. Providing liquidity in equity-linked instruments is a regulated activity in some places. Whether it is one where you are is your question to answer before you start, not after.
Fees
The swap fee a position earns is set by the pool, not by us. What a pool actually charges is whatever its contract charges at the moment of the swap; anything this interface shows is a reading of that, and where the two disagree the contract is right. The documentation explains how the fee is meant to move with the reference market's trading session, and which part of that is live today.
The current Wyrm claim fee is zero. The ledger can apply a fee to accrued swap fees when they are collected, subject to a 20% ceiling in its code, but it cannot apply one to principal, deposits or withdrawals. If a non-zero rate is introduced, it will be stated here and in the interface before users are expected to rely on a net return. You still pay gas to the chain and whatever the contracts charge, both of which are borne by you, and any figure your wallet shows before you sign is an estimate. Taxes are yours to work out and yours to pay.
Points
This interface says that liquidity providers earn points toward a possible future airdrop, and it marks the pools it says count. That is a statement of intent, not a contract. There is no Wyrm token. Points, and any airdrop, are not a token, not a claim on one, not a security, not currency, and not a promise that anything will ever be distributed to anyone.
The interface displays points calculated away from this site from public chain activity and programme policy inputs. The displayed balance is a programme record, not an on-chain asset or entitlement. We can change how points are counted, recount them, discount activity we judge to be gaming the count, correct a displayed result, or stop entirely, at any time and without notice. Do not provide liquidity here in the expectation of an airdrop or any future distribution. If a token ever exists it will arrive with its own terms, and those terms, not this clause, will say who gets what.
You can lose money here
Providing liquidity is not a savings product and it has no floor. The whole of a deposit can be lost. By using the interface you are telling us you understand enough about blockchains, wallets and liquidity provision to judge these risks for yourself. The named ones, none of which we can remove:
- Smart contracts are code. Audited or not, a defect in the pool, the position manager or anything a pool depends on can drain it, and the loss is permanent.
- A position's value moves with both of its tokens and can be worth less than the tokens you put in, even while it is earning fees. The documentation explains this as impermanent loss, in words. A narrow range makes it sharper, not softer.
- The tokens carry their own risks, which differ by market. A tokenised real-world asset depends on its issuer, who can fail, suspend redemption or stop tracking what it claims to track. A memecoin can have no issuer, no backing and no floor, and can lose all of its value. Any other token carries the risks of whatever project stands behind it. Whatever a pool pairs, if a token fails the pool goes with it.
- Robinhood Chain is new. A chain can halt, reorganise, congest or reprice its gas, and an interface cannot compensate for any of that.
- Regulation of all of this is unsettled and can change against you, including in ways that make a position illiquid, unusable or unlawful for you to hold.
- Transactions on a public blockchain are final. There is no chargeback and no undo, and no support desk anywhere that can reverse one, ours included.
Nothing you hold through this interface is a bank deposit. It is not covered by deposit insurance, by Swiss depositor protection or by any government scheme anywhere. Wyrm is early software. Parts of it are new, parts of it have not been exercised at scale, and it should be treated as experimental.
What this interface depends on
Between your click and the chain sit your wallet, a public node endpoint, Uniswap's pricing and transaction services, and our host. Any of them can be slow, wrong or unavailable, and when one is, this interface is wrong or unavailable with it. We do not control them, we do not warrant them, we do not endorse them, and their own terms govern their own conduct. A link out is a convenience and nothing more.
What the annualised return is, and is not
Two different annualised figures appear here, they are calculated differently, and neither one is a record of what you have earned.
Before you deposit, the figure beside a range is a projection. It takes the pool's own recent fee rate, which is its fees over the last twenty-four hours annualised against the value sitting in it, and multiplies that by how much harder your range works than a full-range one. It answers one question: what would this earn if the pool keeps trading as it has and the price stays inside your range. A narrow range shows a large number because that multiple is large. Concentration does not make the outcome more likely, and the same narrowness is what puts the position out of range.
On a position you already hold, the figure is worked out from your share of the liquidity that is actually in range, rather than from that multiple. It is the pool's fees over the last twenty-four hours taken in that proportion, annualised against what your position is currently worth, so it moves as other people add and remove liquidity around you. A position whose price has left its range shows zero, because that is what it is earning.
Both are built from a rate that has already happened, and both can be wrong. Neither is a measurement of your position's realised history, and nothing on this interface is.
The figures around them are readings. Your balances, a pool's current price, your positions, their ranges and every number on the deposit path are read from the chain. Price history, volume, the twenty-four hour changes and the transactions list come from Uniswap's own data service for these pools. Where any of them has not arrived, the interface shows it as unavailable rather than filling the gap.
Availability
There is no uptime promise. We may change, restrict, suspend or withdraw any part of this interface at any time and without notice, including removing a market from the list. Removing a market from this interface does nothing at all to a position in it: the contracts are unaffected and the position remains yours to manage elsewhere.
Acceptable use
Do not use this interface to break the law, to launder money, to evade sanctions, or to harm someone else. Do not attack the site or the endpoints behind it, and do not automate against them at a rate that degrades them for other people. Do not scrape it, do not reverse engineer it, and do not try to get around the controls described above. Do not present yourself as us or pass this interface off as your own.
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the interface for what it is for. Anything not permitted here is not permitted, and we can withdraw that right for breach or misuse.
Intellectual property
The Wyrm name, the mark, this copy and the design of the interface are ours. The Uniswap protocol is not, the chain is not, and the token brands are not. Nothing here grants you a licence to any of those, and nothing here is a claim over them.
If you send us feedback or a bug report, we can use it freely and without owing you anything for it. We would rather hear it than not.
No warranty
The interface is provided as it is and as it happens to be available, with no warranty of any kind: not of accuracy, not of fitness for a purpose, not of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and not of non-infringement. In particular we do not warrant that a pool, a hook, a chain or a token is safe, solvent, or what it says it is.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising out of your use of this interface. That includes lost tokens, lost profits, a failed or stuck transaction, a price that was stale on screen, and any defect in a contract, a chain, a token or a third-party service we do not control. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss of any kind, under any theory, even if we were told it was possible.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for everything arising out of these terms and your use of the interface is capped at CHF 100. That number is carried over from the terms this document was adapted from. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow parts of this clause, and there it applies only as far as it lawfully can.
The people who contribute to the association, its service providers and anyone holding keys to contracts it supports may rely on this clause and the one above it directly, even though they are not party to this agreement.
Indemnity
You are responsible for claims that arise out of your use of this interface, your breach of these terms, or your violation of the law or of someone else's rights, and you agree to cover us for them, including reasonable legal costs. We may take control of defending or settling such a claim, and you agree to cooperate if we do.
Governing law, and how a dispute is resolved
These terms, and any non-contractual obligation arising out of them, are governed by the substantive law of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Before anything formal, tell us. Both sides agree to make a genuine attempt to settle a dispute directly, and to allow the other side 30 days to respond, before starting proceedings. That step is a condition of the next one.
After that, a dispute is referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration of the Swiss Arbitration Centre. The seat is Zug, Switzerland, the language is English, and one arbitrator decides unless the claim exceeds CHF 1,000,000, in which case three do. Arbitration is on an individual basis only: no class, collective or representative proceedings, and you give up any right to take part in one. A claim must be brought within twelve months of when it arose. Any challenge to an award goes to the Swiss courts.
Three things sit outside that. Either side may bring an individual claim of up to CHF 30,000 in the courts of the Canton of Zug, may ask any competent court for urgent or injunctive relief, and may bring a claim that the law does not permit to be arbitrated.
Changes, and how acceptance is versioned
These terms can change. The version on this page is the one in force, and continuing to use the interface after a change is how you accept it.
The acceptance signature is handled more strictly than that, on purpose. The message you sign carries a version number. When a change alters what you were representing when you signed, that number goes up, an earlier acceptance does not carry forward, and you will be asked to sign again before your next deposit. That is the whole reason acceptance is keyed by version rather than by a yes or no.
Odds and ends
If a clause here turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of the document stands and that clause applies as far as it can. If we are slow to enforce something, we have not given it up. You cannot transfer this agreement; we can transfer it to an affiliate or as part of a reorganisation. Headings are there to help you find things and mean nothing on their own. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about the interface.
Contact
For anything about these terms, and for any formal notice, write to legal@wyrm.trade, which reaches the association. The support desk linked from the menu on this site is a Discord server run on a platform that is not ours, and announcements go out on x.com/TryWyrmfi. Neither of those is a channel for a legal notice, and neither is monitored as one. See also the privacy policy and the documentation.
